I wish Help to get my small business restarted again.

I wish for help with my small but a iness. I am trade show vendor. It been three years since I did it out and about publicly. I want to get back into it again. I just need a little help anything over $250 up to $400. Would greatly help me get merchandise to order and resell. I miss being with the public and the people and the fun at events.
