My 15yr old son asked for a pocket knife for his stocking so I thought it would be great if he got a secret Santa to grant this wish.
He currently has larger knifes in a locked metal box , as I have a younger child home as well. He has older brothers who all have knifes also they just like to collect them. They are not allowed to leave the house with them. We check backpacks and pockets before they leave for school as well as when they return. They all have locked metal boxes for items like this that us parents have spare key to.
