Hi everyone. As many of you know, my days are very full taking care of my son (who is navigating epilepsy and autism) and my boyfriend (who is battling Lupus). Between their needs and managing my own disabilities, I’ve realized my "tank" is running on empty.
I’m planning a small DIY spa night at home just to decompress and recharge so I can keep being the best caregiver I can be. I’ve put together a small Amazon wishlist with some bath and self-care items. If anyone feels like sending a little sunshine my way, I would be so incredibly grateful. Even just words of encouragement mean the world!
