They cut my food stamps and until my disability comes through I have only soup and instant noodles. Anything helps.

I can't drink unsweetened tea, it's ugh. I am trying to be healthier and it's hard. I've sent letters to the food stamps people and I am just waiting for them to decide.
ABSOLUTELY the most needed would be the Splenda or the fake sugar. Even the juice because I can dilute it with water and drink that.
The little candies are a just because. The snacks are for the upcoming appointments that I have that will be pretty much all day adventures.
I have a goal to help as much as I can this year for others as I have already been helped. Eventually I will get there, but right now I'm needing help.
There is both Amazon and Walmart list.
All our shopping is done at Kroger since they are across the street from us.
